At Grassroots Organic Farms, we take pride in our unique process of slow-grinding using a traditional natural stone mill. This method operates at a low RPM and near room temperature, preserving the rice’s vital nutrients, such as dietary fiber and minerals, that are often lost in modern high-speed grinding processes.
Unlike commercial mills that use high-speed emery stones, which generate heat and cause nutrient loss, our natural stone mill keeps the temperature controlled. This also prevents stone particles from wearing into the flour, ensuring purity and a finer texture without contamination.
