This single press mustard oil imparts an unmistakable zest across pickles, mashes, and fish curries.

Made in small batches from sun-dried black mustard seeds at our farm, it takes us fifteen kilos of seeds and three whole hours of continuous crushing to make one batch of this oil.

Mustard demands respect and leaves a sharp aftertaste. Traditionally used to massage babies, this wood-pressed, chemical-free, bull-driven mustard oil is loaded with vitamin E and mono-saturated fats.

A preservative of choice for pickle-makers, this oil is entirely unprocessed and amber in color.

  • The incredible journey of our mustard oil is a testament to the time-honored traditions and dedication that go into each bottle. These seeds, nurtured by the sun and rain, grow into robust mustard plants, patiently waiting to share their essence.

When the time is just right, we hand-harvest these mustard seeds, and the real magic begins. We turn to a time-honored tradition, the bull-driven process, to extract this liquid gold. With the rhythmic turning of the grindstone by our trusted farm bulls, the seeds yield their rich, aromatic oil. It's a dance of tradition and craftsmanship that takes hours of dedication and results in an oil like no other.

But the journey doesn't end there. Our freshly pressed mustard oil, brimming with flavor, is then bathed in the warm sunlight for several days. This gentle embrace of the sun allows the oil to soak up the subtle warmth and dissipate any lingering moisture, elevating its aroma and taste to perfection.

Finally, after this labor of love, we carefully bottle the oil in eco-friendly glass containers, ensuring it reaches your doorstep within days of extraction, as fresh as can be.
